The Carbon Tomato is a unique and flavorful heirloom variety known for its dark, smoky color and rich, complex taste. The medium to large-sized fruits typically weigh 8–12 ounces, with a deep purplish-brown color and dark green shoulders. Indeterminate plants grow to 5–7 feet tall, producing a steady harvest of these flavorful tomatoes throughout the growing season.
