The Heidi Tomato is a vibrant heirloom variety known for its prolific yields and exceptional sweet flavor. The medium-sized fruits typically weigh 2-3 ounces and have a smooth, round shape with a bright orange-red color. The flesh is juicy and firm, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and mild acidity, making it ideal for slicing, fresh eating, adding to salads, or making sauces.
Plants grow to 5–6 feet tall, producing a generous yield of these flavorful tomatoes throughout the growing season. These plants thrive in full sun and need consistent moisture to ensure the best taste and texture. Staking or caging is recommended for support.
