The Stump of the World Tomato is a rare and prized heirloom variety known for its large size, excellent flavor, and history. The fruits typically weigh 1–2 pounds and have a slightly flattened, beefsteak-like shape with deep red coloring. The flesh is meaty, juicy, and offers a rich, sweet flavor with a mild acidity, making it perfect for slicing, sandwiches, and fresh eating.
